4. MAINTENANCE - Once the Installation is complete, there will be a transition meeting between our Project Manager, our Maintenance person and the client to define the client's role in ongoing maintenance. Also at this meeting we will review responsibilities (of GAI and the client), maintenance scheduling, access, and identify a point person from the client's location to coordinate with our Maintenance Person. Through constant monitoring of the aquarium both in person and remotely through automated systems, we can keep your ecosystem vibrant and colorful - full of life and the wonders of a healthy aquarium.
